Product Overview
The dual-screw rear discharge fertilizer spreader is a new type of agricultural machine powered by a tractor with over 120 horsepower. It is designed for spreading livestock manure (with moisture content ≤80%) and commercial organic fertilizer onto fields.
The fertilizer delivery system is powered by the tractor’s hydraulic output. The hydraulic motor drives the fertilizer pusher to evenly transport the material from the tank to the discharge outlet. The dual spiral augers are driven by the tractor’s PTO shaft through a three-stage gear reducer, breaking up and throwing the fertilizer backward. At the same time, the dual spreading discs work with the augers to ensure the material is evenly broadcast.
