This manure spreader has a large capacity and is suitable for large-scale farms, pastures, and grasslands for post-tillage manure spreading, fertilizer broadcasting, and seedbed preparation.
The machine has a compact structure, wide applicability, high working efficiency, and uniform spreading.
It can spread organic, animal, and sludge-based fertilizers, and is also suitable for road de-icing and salt spreading in winter.
The twin horizontal auger system ensures more consistent material discharge, improving fertilization quality and reliability.
Equipped with a speed regulator, allowing users to control the speed of the chain conveyor. The faster the chain, the greater the output; slower speed means less discharge.
The gearbox ensures stable machine operation, even when adjusting conveyor speed, supporting fine powder or granular fertilizers.
Uses dual spiral auger crushing, which crushes more finely and uniformly. Can effectively spread even sticky, high-moisture material (up to 80%) across an 8–12 meter width.
Crushing blades are made of manganese steel – highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Equipped with spring suspension, which improves shock absorption and operator comfort and safety.
